As a volunteer with AIKUM NGO, you have the right to:

  • Have your questions and concerns addressed promptly
  • Receive recognition for your contributions
  • End your volunteer service at any time

3. Volunteer Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Arrive on time and fulfill your commitments
  • Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner

All volunteers must adhere to our code of conduct, which includes:

Volunteers may have access to confidential information about our organization, clients, or other volunteers. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not disclose it to unauthorized persons. This obligation continues even after your volunteer service ends.

8. Volunteer Recognition

We believe in recognizing and appreciating our volunteers' contributions. This may include certificates of appreciation, volunteer appreciation events, and other forms of recognition. We also provide references for volunteers who have served with us for a significant period.

9. Termination of Volunteer Service

Volunteer service may be terminated by either the volunteer or the organization at any time. Reasons for termination by the organization may include:

10. Insurance and Liability

AIKUM NGO maintains appropriate insurance coverage for volunteer activities. However, volunteers are responsible for their own personal property and should ensure they have appropriate personal insurance coverage.

11. Feedback and Complaints

We encourage volunteers to provide feedback about their experience and to report any concerns or complaints. All feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Volunteers can contact their program coordinator or the volunteer manager with any concerns.
